Frequently Ask Questions

From 22 May 2023 onwards, GrabRewards points will be one of the GrabUnlimited benefits, so only GrabUnlimited subscribers can earn GrabRewards points for every 10 Baht spending.
Effective from 22 May 2023 onwards, while we remain GrabRewards membership tier upgrade based on point earns, your GrabRewards earning will be based solely on whether you are a GrabUnlimited subscriber or not. If you are a GrabUnlimited subscriber, you will earn 1 point for every 10 Baht spending on Grab, regardless of your GrabRewards membership tier.
Your existing points will be remained and will expire within 3 months after last point-earning transaction. In the meantime, you can still redeem rewards in GrabRewards catalogue or use them as a discount (Save using points) before Grab checkout.
GrabRewards membership tier (Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum) will not change, but GrabRewards membership tier benefits (e.g. point multiplier, airport lounge, prioritized support) will be no longer available after 22 May 2023.

However, tier upgrade and downgrade will still occur after 1 July 2023.
