Here’s what you need to know

You will be randomly teamed up with other driver-partners. Each team will be assigned a Captain as the team leader.

So, all you have to do is start driving this CNY period! Stay tuned for more information on your assigned team. 🚘

Terms & Conditions:
  • By participating in the competition, driver-partners agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and failure to comply may result in disqualification.
  • Eligible driver-partners will receive a Whatsapp confirmation of participation. Only driver-partners who have received the confirmation Whatsapp message from Grab regarding their team allocation are eligible for this competition.
  • All transport rides during the competition periods will be counted towards this competition. Each GrabShare drop-off will be counted as 1 ride. For example, if a GrabShare ride has 2 drop-offs, it will be counted as 2 rides. While a GrabShare booking with only 1 drop-off, will only count as 1 ride in this competition. 
  • All driver-partners have to maintain an Driver Rating of 4.7, Acceptance rate of above 90% and a Cancellation rate of below 10%. Only Auto-Accept trips are counted.  MyDestination trips are eligible.
  • This competition will run during the following periods: 9 February 00:00 to 12 February 23:59 AND 16 February 00:00 to 18 February 23:59.
  • Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the competition shall be final and conclusive, including the team allocation by Grab. There will be no swapping of teams once the competition starts.
  • Teams with driver-partners who have been suspended or terminated during the competition periods will not be allowed to have substitutes join their team.
  • Team Missions is only valid for selected Grab driver-partners in Singapore, as notified by Grab. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any driver-partner or reject driver-partners deemed ineligible for the competition.
  • Grab reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions or any aspect of the competition at any point in time. Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the prize for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.
  • Unless otherwise provided, all rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
  • Winners will be announced via official Grab channels and team captains, more details on prize collection will be communicated to the respective winners within 1 month from the last day of the competition period.
  • By participating in the competition, each driver-partner consents to Grab’s collection, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of his/her personal data (e.g. name, phone number, email address, residential address) to facilitate the execution of the competition (including notifying the winners, announcing the winners on Grab’s online platforms, delivery/collection of prizes) and for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other related purposes without compensation, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Grab’s Privacy Notice (https://www.grab.com/sg/terms-policies/privacy-notice/).

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
