Grab Express Issue

Greetings,

I've been a rider for 4 years and i love this company and job for blessing me.

But the recurring issue with Grab Express bothers me to the point i hope by writing this review, we will all be heard and considered for improvement in the near future.

For GRAB EXPRESS, riders will only be aware of "Type" of item and "Weight" which plenty of times customer may mis-weigh the item. Once i saw a 1kg item and had to redispatch as it was a huge flower pot. A huge inconvenience for both parties on opposing ends. Due to that, i tend to msg customers and ask for photo of item so i could gauge whether i can still take their order especially for multi-stop.

To improve, having customers send their photo of item/informing the dimensions after rider accept is much better as riders will know and be ready instead of getting the unexpected. If you could pull this "Photo sending" off, convenience rate of your company will go up and i believe everyone will benefit from this.

Happier staff, customers & a booming company who values the hard workers.

Faraway pickup n wrong location pickup

Hi, I have been driving for grab more than 7years, but the gps app is getting from bad to worst, pax use drop pin to select location for pickup , but select different address, what should I do? Follow gps pin point can’t activate I have arrived , follow address can’t find the pax, ask grab customer service , which wan should I follow, they also not clear!!! Grab drivers getting less n less, pickup distance getting far n far, sometimes can go until 10km , call grab help line, they say they can’t cancel on their side, we driver also can’t call pax to cancel according to grab instructions, then how? Use our own cancellation, than the CR is high, than next day message come in n warn us again, very stupid right? They should follow other app like tada, when shift to auto accept, the distance pickup should not be more than 1 km, use auto accept to control the incentive, for info if I travelled more than 3km just for the $3 additional far distance pickup, easily we can get any app booking for 3km distance booking more than $6 nett , so grab management pls do something to really help the drivers not chase the drivers away to other app companies

Constant stream of passengers

I've been driving with Grab for a great number of years. Grab driver has consistently worked to keep their app up to date and come improve its function since I started. The app finds customers for me within a good radious, not too far, and I can stick to the same busy areas around the airport and tourist spots where the stream of passengers is constant at throughout the day and night. this gives my income some real consistency. I've not had many problems with passengers but if I do, for example their payment not going through, or any technical difficultly, helpcenter was also informative for most issues that you might encounter on the job. I find using the app just as easy. Overall I'd recommend using this app to earn good money with the flexibility in your day to day.
