Welcome to the beta launch of GrabCar Plus in Klang Valley! This new transport service aims to help top-rated Grabbers with selected cars earn higher fares, whilst providing a more comfortable yet still affordable ride for our passengers.

If you have received this email, congratulations! You have been selected as one of our first few GrabCar Plus drivers. Monday noon, 30 October 2017. Read on for more details.

GrabCar Plus is a transport service for passengers who want to book higher service quality rides in sedans at an affordable rate. GrabCar Plus fares are up to 20% higher than GrabCar (Economy) so drivers are better compensated for their cars and professional service.

All GrabCar Plus cars belong in Premium Segment B cars and above (e.g., Toyota Vios, Honda City, Nissan Almera, Toyota Camry etc.). Jobs completed on GrabCar Plus count towards your incentives.

To remain on this taxi type, Grabbers must maintain the following on a weekly basis:
 

• Acceptance rate > 80%
• Driver rating > 4.85
• No excessive cancellations
• No passenger complaints
• No fraudulent behaviors

If you do not meet the necessary requirements, you will receive an SMS notification that you have been removed from this taxi type. 

GrabCar Plus bookings will be labeled as such:

1. Only drivers with vehicle models in Premium Segment B cars and above and no older than 7 years will be selected to be in GrabCar Plus. Click here for the full list of cars eligible for this service.
2. GrabCar Plus driver selection strictly adheres to the requirements laid above. All decisions made by Grab are final.
3. Drivers have the flexibility to toggle on/off regular GrabCar bookings but will still continue to receive JustGrab bookings. Ignoring bookings on any verticals will affect driver Acceptance Rate.
4. For incentive purposes:

• All your GrabCar Plus and GrabCar (Economy) rides & online time count towards your incentives.
• Your driver rating, acceptance rate, and cancellation rate will be combined across all verticals, hence the combined DR, AR,CR will be taken into account for incentives calculation.
