Please be informed that in compliance with MCO, all visitors to GDC are required to wear a face mask, sanitize your hands and subject to a body temperature check before admission to GDC is allowed.
1. Please ensure your Covid-19 Vaccination Status in MySejahtera app is ""Fully Vaccinated"" and have passed 14 or 28 days from last vaccination date, whichever is applicable depending on the brand of vaccine applied.
2. Please ensure your Covid-19 Risk Status in MySejahtera app is ""Low Risk No Symptom"". Your risk profile should be updated not more than 72 hours prior to the walk in date.
3. Un-vaccinated or incomplete vaccinated person, Person Under Surveillance (PUS), Person Under Quarantine or anyone with Covid-19 symptoms will not be allowed to enter the premises.
